Anne Verstappen koos voor het thema <em>Stem<\/em>. Mensen een stem geven is een thema dat haar als gemeenteraadslid in Deurne en advocaat veel bezighoudt.<\/p>\n<p>Op 18 maart jl. de dag van de gemeenteraadsverkiezingen 2026, gingen we na diner en vergadering aan de slag met het thema <em>Stem op je kleur.<\/em> Margot van den Berg en Jessica van Strien van Inzicht Zuid namen ons in een vlotte, interactieve workshop in vogelvlucht mee door Insights Disovery, een wereldwijd gebruikt model dat mensen helpt zichzelf en elkaar beter te begrijpen. Het leidde tot interessante gesprekken.<\/p>\n<p>Aan de hand van een paar stellingen kozen we positie op het grote Insights wiel en lichtten aan elkaar toe waarom nou juist rood, geel, groen of blauw het meest bij passend voelt. Met de mensen van &#8216;onze eigen kleur\u2019 stonden we ook stil bij de vraag: wat is nou jouw grootste ergernis in communincatie?
