Samen met 15 jonge vrouwen uit België, Nederland en Luxemburg, aan het begin van hun professionele loopbaan, werk je 9 maanden aan onderwerpen en thema’s, die jouw carriere een boost geven. Een persoonlijke mentor, uit jouw eigen beroepsveld deelt haar tips & trics om jou sneller te laten groeien. Onderstaand vind je inhoudelijke informatie.

International Inspiring Leadership & Mentoring Program
Soroptimists in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands have joined forces to deliver an international leadership & mentoring program for women who want to make a difference. A combination of physical workshops, online meetings and continuous dialogue that will run over nine months. Each mentee will be mentored and supported in her personal and professional development by a Soroptimist with a proven track record (working) in the same job or professional) domain.

The interaction and dialogue between mentor and mentee and between the mentees are challenging and inspiring. The subjects are career-focussed and include extensive discussions on changes in the ‘ways of working’ and personal development.

We guarantee a professionally managed and enriching programme that is in accordance with all applicable quality standards.

1.      Personal development: over a period of nine months, mentees learn to further develop their personal commitments and aspirations in a confidential tandem relationship, regardless of their stage of life.
2.      Multidisciplinary and international: mentors and mentees come from several different professions, countries (BeNeLux) and cultural backgrounds.
3.      Intergenerational guidance: matching younger and older, leveraging past experiences to advance faster e.g., Family-career combination: experienced women give tips that promote well-being and work life balance.
4.      Theoretical framework: professional Soroptimist trainers will organize three top quality workshop weekends. The trainers will explain working concepts for self-development, including conflict management and self-branding.
5.      Risk-free learning environment: the program takes place outside the corporate environment and the privacy of the participants is 100% guaranteed.

Our next program will start in September 2022 and will run until June 2023.
